Hume hubs celebrate 10 years of connecting their communities

The nine hubs that piloted the National Community Hubs Program are celebrating 10 years in their communities in Hume, Victoria. This significant milestone is testament to the dedication and commitment of our hub leaders, support coordinators and schools who continue to adapt and meet the changing needs of their community.
