Deloitte’s social return on investment evaluation – 2023

To quantify the value of community hubs, Deloitte Access Economics undertook a comprehensive social return on investment (SROI) evaluation in 2023, finding approximately $65.74 million in social benefits were generated for Australian society. This was based on improvements to participant quality of life and by determining the value of improved development outcomes for children, employment gained, and volunteering opportunities.
